Halaalish.com is a South African-based digital marketplace designed to make Halaal commerce accessible, reliable, and ethical. We connect you with verified vendors offering Halaal-certified and Muslim-owned products and services in a wide range of categories.

We work closely with reputable global Halaal Certification Authorities to help ensure that your purchases meet Halaal standards.

2. Your Experience as a Customer

You may browse, search, and purchase products and services directly from independent vendors listed on the Platform.
Vendors are responsible for fulfilling your orders, shipping products, and managing after-sales support (including returns, warranties, and refunds).
You can contact vendors directly through the platform for assistance with your order or any product-related queries.
Our team is available for platform-related support if needed.

3. Product Listings & Vendor Responsibility

Each vendor is solely responsible for their product listings, descriptions, prices, shipping timelines, and customer service.
Halaalish.com does not manufacture, stock, or ship any items. All transactions are concluded between you and the vendor.
Every product sold is governed by the individual vendor’s store policies, including terms of sale, returns, and refunds.
We recommend reviewing vendor policies before making a purchase.

4. Halaal Integrity

All food and beverage products listed on Halaalish.com must be Halaal-certified or produced by verified Muslim-owned businesses.
If you suspect a listed product does not comply with Halaal standards, please report it immediately to: halaal@halaalish.com.
Vendors found selling non-Halaal (Haraam) products in applicable categories may be permanently removed from the platform.

5. Payments

You can pay for your orders using the following methods:

Debit or Credit Card (3% transaction fee included in total amount)
Crypto Payments via MetaMask using ShariaCoin (no transaction fees)
All payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

6. Delivery & Order Fulfillment

Vendors are responsible for preparing, dispatching, and delivering your order.
Estimated delivery times may vary based on vendor location and product availability.
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by the vendor, the vendor will bear the re-delivery charges.
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact the vendor directly via the platform.

7. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

Each vendor sets their own policies regarding returns and refunds.
You are encouraged to read and understand the store’s return/refund terms before completing your purchase.

8. Product Guarantees & Warranties

Halaalish.com does not offer warranties on any products sold on the platform.
Product guarantees, replacements, and warranties are managed by the vendor.

While we aim to provide uninterrupted access to the platform, we may need to perform updates or maintenance from time to time.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Platform without prior notice.

10. Privacy & Data Protection
