6-Month Limited Warranty Policy
Thank you for shopping with Yesido. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. At Yesido, we stand behind the quality of our electronics. That’s why we offer a 6-month limited warranty on all products purchased through our store.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery.
During the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished item of equal value, Depending on the condition of returned item.
- Provide store credit or a refund, if neither repair nor replacement is possible.
What’s Covered
- Internal component failures
- Battery or charging issues
- Any technical failures
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage (cracks, dents, broken item)
- Water or liquid damage (unless specified as waterproof)
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Lost or stolen items
- Software-related issues
Refunds
We only refund items if they are defective, damaged and are within the warranty period We will not refund on wrong product/color/size bought so please make sure you are purchasing the right product before placing an order. In case of wrong product/color/size purchased we can offer you an exchange for something else from the Yesido store within 2-5 business days of the delivery date. Product must be unused and packaging must be in original condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your bank account within 5–10 business days.
